Flownix Labs ("Flownix Labs," "we," "our," or "us") is a sole proprietorship operated by Tamil Iniyan, providing done-for-you AI automation, revenue systems, lead generation and content infrastructure services to business clients. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Identity and contact information — name, job title, business email, phone number, LinkedIn URL. Collected directly from you when you submit a form or engage with our services, and from publicly available B2B directories and third-party data providers such as Apollo and Clay.

Professional data — company name, industry, employee count, technology stack. Collected from the same sources above.

Transactional data — purchase history, invoices, service agreements and support communications. Generated during your engagement with us.

Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on page, click behaviour. Collected through cookies and similar technologies when you visit flownixlabs.com.

Marketing preferences — contact form submissions, demo requests and newsletter sign-ups.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data or data from individuals under the age of 18.

• Prospecting and enrichment tools such as Apollo, Clay and Airtable

Flownix Labs is based in India. Data may be stored or processed by third-party platforms located in other countries including the United States. Where personal data of EU or UK residents is transferred outside their jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

5. B2B Outbound Prospecting

As part of our services, we build and operate outbound lead generation systems on behalf of clients. These systems may process business contact data sourced from publicly available directories, B2B data platforms and professional networks. All outbound communications built by Flownix Labs include:

• Clear identification of the sender and the business on whose behalf the email is sent
• A functioning and clearly visible opt-out or unsubscribe mechanism
• Honest, non-deceptive subject lines
• Immediate processing of unsubscribe requests

We implement role-based access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, and strong authentication practices across the tools and platforms we use. Although we take reasonable precautions, no method of internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by applicable law. Financial records are retained for at least 7 years in accordance with Indian accounting and tax requirements. All other data is securely deleted or anonymised when no longer required.

• Every email includes a clearly visible unsubscribe mechanism
